What a magnificent location! Situated right by the Pania of the Reef Statue, staying here felt like residing in the heartbeat of the Art Deco Capital of New Zealand. With vibrant eateries and fantastic shopping within reach, it was as though the city had built its playground just for us!
Stony beach, no sand.

Tom and Esther were the coolest hosts ever. They made us feel like VIPs and took care of our every need. The house was dope, with stylish rooms and killer views. Plus, they hooked us up with e-bikes, so we could explore the vibrant city and hit up all the bomb eating spots. We had a blast!
The only thing we could have asked for was a livelier nightlife scene. As party-going teenagers, we wanted to dance the night away.

We had an amazing stay at Tim & Esther's BnB. They were incredible hosts, taking the time to chat with us over a glass of wine in the evening. Esther's cakes were delicious, and the breakfast was the best we've had. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even let us borrow their electric bikes. it was a treat to stay at their welcoming place in the center of town, close to the beach, boulevard, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
